    This project will continue a program established by the Carnarvon Rangeland Biosecurity Association and Department of Agriculture and Food in 2013 for the control Mesquite and Parkinsonia in the Carnarvon area.

    Contract spray technicians will revisit previously treated areas and commence control spraying on a heavily infested area north of the Gascoyne River.

    This work will assists in preventing the spread of Mesquite and Parkinsonia along river systems further south into parts of the Murchison rangelands and the Northern agricultural areas that are currently not infested.
