    14161: Rehabilitation of the north Guiderton dunes: stage two

    The north Guilderton dunes provide important habitat for flora and fauna and help protect urban infrastructure and farmland. The area is also popular with tourists; local businesses rely on this visitor trade for their livelihood. This project is stage-two of ongoing works to protect the dunes. It will rehabilitate 3ha of degraded tracks within a newly fenced area. 3000 native seedlings will be used in revegetation works in addition to dune vegetation brushing and weed and rubbish removal.
