    14216: Reaching out to carnabys, culture and community

    This project aims to help educate the children and community of Wandering about the importance of preservation of our natural habitat - and that this preservation starts in our own backyard. The project also aims to catalyse a more comprehensive understanding of the Carnaby's black cockatoo by preserving its local habitat and providing its native food. The complete project application included a nature play area, an Aboriginal bush tucker garden and revegetation intertwined with educational activities.
